Our Playground Wood Chips are IPEMA-certified engineered virgin wood fiber made from clean virgin wood—not pallets, plywood, or pressure-treated wood. Designed for use under and around playground equipment, this material has been tested for impact attenuation and material consistency under ASTM standards including F1292, F3351, and F2075.
The engineered wood fiber creates a natural-looking, resilient surface for school playgrounds, parks, daycare play areas, community playgrounds, swing sets, and residential play areas. It can also be used as a natural mulch in flower beds and shrub beds.
