Return and Refund Policy

All sales from Salt Flats Rock Supply are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and purchases are nonrefundable once the product has been picked up or delivered.

Our bulk landscape materials are natural products. Color, size, shape, texture, moisture, and appearance may vary from the photographs and samples shown. Many of our rock products are also sold unwashed and may contain dust or fine material.

We strongly recommend viewing products in person before purchasing to make sure the material meets your expectations. Customers are responsible for confirming the product, quantity, and color before completing their purchase.

If Salt Flats Rock Supply loads or delivers a product different from what is listed on your order, please contact us immediately so we can review and correct the issue.
